The numbers in the series correspond to the numbers that run across each photo from left to right. On the back of each photograph are two stamps: 1) "Received May 20, 1975 Northampton Township;" and 2) "Greenhorne and O'Mara, Inc Photogrammetric Engineers."

The photographs are in black and white.

In Batch 8 Folder 1 there is a proposal from Rainbow Photography discussing the possibility of Northampton Township allowing them to photography driveway openings and other significant areas on a person's land so as to help with land disputes. There is no indication that it was accepted.

There does seem to be a number of correspondence with various companies for aerial photography but there is an original and copy of the receipt that indicates Greenhorne + O'Mara were ultimately chosen.

There are a few maps within the collection that claim to be indexes but there is no indication that they match with the aerial photographs.

No other information indicting the reasons behind taking these photographs are within the collection.
